These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Belize Travel Pass website and mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by [COMPANY NAME], a company registered in Belize ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a pass you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Belize Travel Pass sells seasonal digital coupon books ("Passes"). A Pass unlocks discount and two-for-one offers ("Coupons") redeemable at participating tour operators, hotels, and restaurants ("Vendors") during the Pass validity window printed on the Pass at purchase.

2. Coupons and redemption

• Coupons are offers made by independent Vendors. We are not the provider of the underlying tours, accommodation, or meals, and we are not a party to the transaction between you and a Vendor beyond the discount itself.
• All offers are subject to availability. Vendors may require reservations, may apply blackout dates noted in a Coupon's terms, and may decline redemption outside their posted operating conditions (weather, capacity, safety).
• Each Coupon states its redemption limit. A redemption is final once you activate it in the app — activating a Coupon cannot be undone, including activations made by mistake.
• Coupons have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and expire with your Pass. Unused Coupons are not refunded or carried over.
• Fraudulent redemption attempts (including duplicate redemptions across devices) may be flagged, voided, and may result in account termination.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Passes are personal to the purchasing account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in the currency stated there. Our refund policy is set out on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the Service, circumvent redemption controls, scrape Vendor data, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for the acts or omissions of Vendors, including injury, loss, or disappointment arising from a Vendor's services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current Pass.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
